6061-T6 aluminum tubing is a commonly used in the aircraft industry because of it's strength, weld-ability, and ease of machining. 6061-T6 bare obtains its properties by an artificial aging process. 6061T6 aluminum tubing can be furnace brazed and welded by all types of welding. 6061T6 offers a good range of mechanical properties.
